So if you want to fall asleep during your interview, the protein will help you not sleepy, such as fish, white meat, or eggs. Eating protein helps your body produce two chemicals made from tyrosine, norepinephrine and dopamine. Both chemicals allows the synthesis of neurotransmitters and improve your mental alertness

Fat is a major building block for brain tissue and helps you stay focused, supplying oxygen to the brain, protecting brain cell membranes, and reduce your chances of dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke and other brain diseases in the future you.
You can only get fatty acids from food because your body does not produce natural fatty acids. So stock up on fish (especially wild salmon), nuts (especially walnuts), olive oil, avocados, and seeds (especially flaxseed). Flax is also the best source of alpha-linoleic acid, a healthy fat that increases the performance of the brain cortex, where your brain to process sensory information.

EATING SLOW VS. EATING FAST

Do you know you can burn fat faster and help your digestion system by eating slow and at intervals?
Eating slowly help overweight people lose weight because one tends to eat less, instead of overeating at a fast pace.
The Problem: Eating fast without chewing food properly make you eat more calories. Why? Because your stomach does not register how much food you actually intake. This is why you keep eating without feeling full and consuming extra calories. As a result, it causes you stomach problem, such as indigestion, stomach bloating, and naturally you end up having a big stomach.
On the other hand, depriving from food or skipping meals will only slow your metabolism and the ability to burn stored body fat, especially the belly fat. Your body switch into survival mode and slow itself down because it interprets it as a possible famine.
In other words, you will cause your Basal Metabolic Rate decrease, and your body will not want to burn off any excess calories.  Those excess calories becomes body fat. This is why we tend to have a big belly and love handles. The formula to burn fat is burn 3500 calories for 1 pound of fat. Imagine, if you keep eating fast and storing more calories than you burn, you will get a bloated stomach.
The Solution: Your solution is to eat slow, chew your meals not swallow, do not skip meals, and eat at least every 3 hours healthy choices to keep your metabolism ready to burn fat. Avoid eating your meals in a hurry.

McDonalds vs Burger King - Which Is The Better Burger?

With regards to fastfood, McDonald's and Burger King are some of the biggest and most recognized names. These two fast food titans have been in business for well over 50 years. McDonald's made 21.6 billion dollars in revenue this past year while Burger King only took in about 2.06 billion. According to these numbers, some could be tempted to think that Mickey Dee's is clearly ahead here but it does not always mean they make a better hamburger. Let's take a closer look.

We are going to start out with McDonald's in our hamburger series. An average burger from Mickey Dee's weighs about 100g, has 9g of fat, 520g of salt and 31g of carbohydrates. It is created from 100% beef (or so they say). In terms of preparation, they fry their burger over the flat grill for that in house home cooking taste. It comes with ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion and can be personalized to fit your taste.

By comparison, a Burger King hamburger is slightly heavier at 121g, contains 12g of total fat, 560g of salt, and 30g of carbohydrates. They also claim to use 100% beef in their kitchens. Burger King flame-broils theirs, passing on a taste of outdoor barbecue grilling that is very reminiscent of the summer time. BK's burgers come fully dressed with ketchup, mustard and pickle, however their mantra is: "Have it your way!" so you're able to take off many of the condiments and upgrade the sandwich to your heart's content. It costs slightly more than a McDonald's hamburger.

Taking the size into account, the salt content and cost are about the same on both burgers. With respect to vitamins and minerals, there is almost no distinction between the two fast food giants as well.

So Who Has The Better Burger McDonald's or Burger King?

According to our study to date, there appears to be hardly any difference between the two. They are almost comparable. Burger King is slightly ahead if size is a factor (their whopper is heavier than the McDonald's hamburger) or if you are very healthy and are concerned with the nutritional value of the sandwich (Burger King's hamburger has one less gram of carbohydrates in it).

Aside from this, they appear to be equivalent generally speaking. The differences outside of the way the sandwiches are prepared are quite small. So, the answer to the question: "Who produces the better hamburger?" depends on personal taste. Ultimately, it's all about how you like your burger. The good thing is, you can always have it your way.

Should you get an IPAD?

Another invention by Apple and Steve Jobs has hit the market. Everyone's talking about the latest Apple product, the Ipad, and I'm sure it's even come up in your household at home. Show I get an Ipad?
First you should think, do I really need this? Do I want it? But then again, it's not one of those typical products. This invention may be similar to the invention of the car, or the airplane. It revolutionizes how we live. Before computers was a thing that required learning, and even some were called nerds. The iPad can be used by a barbaric man 2000 years ago because simply, if you have tried it, it requires no skill. You look at it and work, play games, listen to music, watch TV, do you homework on it, and even go from place to place effortlessly. The glossy screen just captures your attention and squinting your eyes is a thing of the past.
So that's why you should get an Ipad. Why shouldn't you get an Ipad? Both arguments should be made and hopefully I can hit the nose on both so that you can make a sound decision based on my effort to make this the most unbiased tech article on the Ipad.
First of all, the Ipad hits a hard note at a minimum price of $500. That's a whole lot of money. Specially speaking since the iPad only cost approximately half that amount to produce and make. If you wallet is feeling thin, now may not be the best time to invest in a fancy piece of technology. Consider the wife, the kids and the food on the table every night. What will they think? Watching you play effortless on a tech device whiles their stomachs growl. Now that's just selfish.
Second, its the first generation of the iPad. Expect to see at least 5-10 more evolutions of these. Who knows how far Apple is willing to take this new product for a run. The fact is, the iPad today will look like a piece of junk in about a year as the new Ipad2 will just wipe the smile off your face. It'll probably include a video camera, mutli-tasking abilities and better battery.
When it comes down to deciding, you should consider both arguments that are laid in front and make the wisest choice. You only live once

FOOD AND REMEDIES FOR BALDNESS

Male-pattern baldness (also known as Androgenetic Alopecia) is the most common form of hair loss for men, representing up to 90% of all male cases. There are some 40 million male adults in North America today experiencing hair loss. A common condition, alopecia areata usually starts as a single quarter-sized circle of perfectly smooth baldness. Alopecia patches usually regrow in three to six months without treatment. Sometimes, hair grows back in white. In another variant, alopecia can produce two or three bald patches. How do hair loss and balding occur? One mechanism has to do with a chemical in the body, called DHT, which not only contributes to enlargement of the prostate, but also shrinks and ultimately destroys your hair follicles. The result of too much DHT reaching your hair follicles would thus be thinning hair and even baldness. Preventing this conversion, or inhibiting the action of DHT, is the way in which many methods to prevent and reverse baldness work.
1. Since everybody has their own favorite shampoo, we do not have a special shampoo recipe, but do suggest that you add the following essential oils to your regular shampoo. It is however suggested that you use a mild natural shampoo. The dilution that you should use is as follows, and please do not add more essential oil than specified, as it may cause irritation.
2. Selenium and silicon help improve blood circulation to the scalp, so adequate amounts of these nutrients should be consumed as part of one's diet. The herb stinging nettle is also believed to help ward off hair loss and balding. While the precise mechanisms of its action are not known at the point of writing, consuming some of this herb daily, either via a couple of cups of tea or a little tincture, should be helpful in your efforts to reverse baldness and hair loss.
3. Eggs have always been a very useful natural remedy for helping to stem hair loss. Often it is the case that the yolk of the egg will work best due to the high levels of protein within it. All you need to do is to massage the egg yolk into your scalp and then wash afterward using a regular shampoo.
4. Rosemary oil and almond oil, place in a base of olive oil, can be used for daily scalp massages. This is believed to boost blood circulation to the area in question, thereby encouraging the growth of hair.
5. Vegetable oils, nuts, green leafy vegetables, and fortified cereals are common food sources of Vitamin E. Individuals who cannot absorb fat require a Vitamin E supplement because some dietary fat is needed for the absorption of Vitamin E from the gastrointestinal tract. Intestinal disorders that often result in malabsorption of Vitamin E and may require Vitamin E supplementation.
6. Another serious reason why people have this problem is down to dry scalp. Often this can be caused by a lack of water, protein, and iron. A very good treatment that you can do yourself at home to remedy this would be to rub oil into your scalp, and then very gently wash your hair and your scalp with some nonabrasive shampoo

FOODS TO MAKE YOUR LOVE SIZZLE

Cupid cannot always be trusted to aim accurately. By simple planning and incorporating foods that evoke sensual pleasure, Valentine's Day (or night) will be a sure fire hit.
Legend has it, that aphrodisiacs( foods that arouse) refer to the Greek goddess of sexual rapture Aphrodite, mother of Cupid, who is reputed to delighting in pranks and spreading love.
Ancient cultures developed love potion theories believing foods that resembled genitalia led to sexual desire. Foods were sought out for appearance of phallic symbols:
that included bananas, carrots, asparagus, and advacados, Aztecs called this fruit bearing tree the "testicle tree". Female symbolic foods were eggs, peaches, pomegranates, ( "love apples" stated to be the actual apple that tempted Eve) vulva like oysters and ovary resembling figs. These classical aprodisiac foods actually are tied to sexual function, because of the nutrients, minerals, steroids and vitamins they contain that keep sexual organs healthy.
Evidence suggests that sexual desire begins in the brain called the hypothalamus, which also whets our appetite for food and drink. That helps to explain romantic dinners and human courtship displays. Humans are equipped with a sensory system that likely processes pheromones (chemicals the body emits to attract individuals) it is located in an organ called the Jacobson's organ between the mouth and nose. Research has been done that found that persons who had lost their sense of smell also had lost interest in sex. Dr. Alan Hirsch began experimenting with these findings and discovered that both men and women were turned on by the scent of pumpkin pie and lavender, other findings were men:doughnuts and black licorce. And for women, black licorce and baby powder.(Are you getting ideas for dessert?) When preparing food for this special day remember aroma plays an important role.
The top five favorites, in order are chocolate, strawberries, ice cream, pasta and whipped cream. Our number one choice, chocolate contains caffeine that seems to produce a rise in blood pressure as well as endorphins. Alkaloid methylxanthines in chocolate have been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier and trigger arousal. Another mood regulator, phenylethylamine (PEA) seems to stimulate production of dopamine, the pleasure chemical of the brain.
In order to have a better sex life, it is suggested that you have plenty of fresh fruit and vegtables on hand. More of the essential vitamins and minerals are processed by the body and will have a better effect on your libido than cooking them.
Food is about pleasure, so is sex. Associating the two for Valentine's Day (night) is sure to create the mood for romance.
